Burger King — Restaurant in Piedmont

So I placed a order online with the app... I go to pick up the order and a older man was at the drive through and I asked please add y dipping sauce to the bag because they always leave it out this was after he ask me to pull up. So he says hold you just wait with an attitude he makes me wait for him to get some and says here so you will know you have them. We leave and drive off without checking anything so when I get home I find one burger short and 1 fry to many so I called and a guy was nice said come back and we will fix it so this was like 5 times in a row it was wrong. So when I walk in I heard the older guy Jim say in front of employees and people at the counter I can't find this guy who was complaining about his order he was probably wanting something free and I was lying so I went off and said I excuse me I have the receipt on my app so a lady name Kim came up and helped fix it and made fresh fries and gave me some the gm numbers and both I had worked with a McDonald's and one is a joke for helping people with her attitude so needless to say that was it for me and Monday I will call a attorney about this crap being said in front of customers it was humiliating…..so much problems with Burger King in Piedmont it needs to be shut down. Need to find better GM if your going to run that store right. And for a I am sorry only the employees said I am sorry and the manager Jim said nothing except here is your fries…not a sorry for saying all that crap … but again I think they need better management period. I know it my be laughable to some but my family and I are new to town and tonight, it’s POURING rain and we are used to mid western weather, HORRIBLE snow. (My opinion, not yours.) However, with that being said it’s been a late night and my husband and I didn’t want to cook this late but we needed to eat. Burger King it was! The drive through gentleman was absolutely kind. Not what we’re used to where we’re from. He held conversation and a smile. (: And AFTWR I tasted my burger, I was astounded that at this late of an hour, I still got a burger that was juicy and well cooked. The fries were also warm and what seemed to be FRESH!! So yesterday we had placed an online order. We went through the drive through, being made to pull up, which was reasonable, considering it was a larger order. However, what was not reasonable was that they had left out half our food, as well as our three drinks. When we went back in to get the food, they didn't put the rest of our food in, so we had to go back in to get it. After we got home, they had added no changes to the specific orders we had placed.
