Cades Cove Outpost — Local services in Pigeon Forge

Very disappointed in the customer service I received! Ordered a onesie for my son 1st of July and after over a month and a half I finally called after not hearing anything from the company. Once I called I got excuses and just an I’m sorry but we have hundreds of orders. I dealt with the manager there and after the excuses over the phone he proceeded to give me more after I had to finally just go in there over 2 months later to get my product. The cashier was rude and wouldn’t even go get the manager for me, once I found the manager myself the manager said I’m sorry we’ve been serving thousands of people today, and then hands me the product and that’s all I got. As a returning customer and big supporter of your company multiple times a year you would think you would care about taking care of your returning customers well and not just the masses. I will tell you after the experience I’ve had there and been treated during your screw up I will not be returning and being a supporter of a business that doesn’t want to return the favor of supporting returning customers better. Just a word of advice I would’ve taken time out, I mean seriously like 2 minutes, to say I’m super sorry and as an apology for our screw up I will give you the product and a gift card to return or if you want another shirt or apparel item to a specific amount today, it’s on us. They have a lot of parts, t-shirts, and other Jeep related products. The personnel could be more friendly. I was there a few weeks ago. It was early so there were very few people shopping. The workers didn't seem to notice I was there. Both were behind counters and I wondered throughout the store looking at many different items. I am still waiting for someone to speak to me. Just a "Good morning" would have been nice, or even a "let me know if I can help you find something". If you are looking for Jeep related apparel, gifts, souvenirs, or parts this is the place to go.
