Very clean. You may call the staff ant annytime if you need help and they will come immediately to assist. Only issue I have is that they DO NOT HAVE HOT WATER. So your clothes will only be washed on cold even if you press the hot water button. There are no hot water heaters in the building. (As of 3/24/25). Duds and suds self-service laundry mat located in Piketon, Ohio has undergone some amazing renovations under a new owner and I have to say, he has done an outstanding job.
