I ordered 3 footlong subs. 1st one was ft long ham & cheese sub toasted on white with American cheese and mayo only. It came with no cheese and a lot of veggies. 2nd order was 2 ft long cold cut on Italian her & cheese subs cold, with NO LETTUCE, mayo, mustard, pickles, onions, tomatoes & banana peppers with Monterey cheddar cheese. Again, no cheese, with LETTUCE! I called subway and as usual when I've called regarding mistakes with my orders, NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE! This is bad for business! And it needs to be addressed! Lady was very nice except that i felt somewhat rushed through my ordering ..i felt as though she wanted me to hurry up with my order..like every time i got done with one ingredient she was ready to close the sandwich up and by all means I was not going slow and there wasn't any rush to get through a bunch of customers anyways..but I understand I've worked in Subway before.. i know how fast you have to work..Good sandwich...

6 months ago I stopped to grab an easy dinner on a Friday night @6pm. What a dumpster fire! The two young ladies working were completely overwhelmed and needed help. Line was to the door. The employees were telling us they don't have time to restock the veggies because they are too busy... Yes, that's correct. No tomatoes or onions because they didn't have time. Need a management tune up and further employee training to handle...
