Carson’s Corner Pizza — Restaurant in Piketon

We were passing through the town and stumbled upin this place. Late afternoon, on a weekday, the place was empty. The place has a take-out window on thevoutside and dine-in space inside. We ordered a custom veggie pizza with chicken and some garlic bread with no cheese to start. Both were outstanding. The garlic bread is not on the menu. While we were waiting for our pizza we heard the lady at the counter take a phone order. So I went and asked about it. And I'm glad I did! It was fresh, hot off the oven, nicely done - not too crispy, not too soft and amazingly tasty. One of the best garlic breeds I have had hands down. And she charged us only $1 for that bread. I couldn't believe it.

I'd have to say that I've lived in the area for a few years now & I haven't found a good pizza place until my fiance brought me here. We ate inside the restaurant & the staff was amazing. The young girl who worked the front taking orders was very patient, helpful & polite. Our food was served so hot that the cheese was still melting (stringy cheese is amazing) We ordered a pizza to share. I had the salad which was very fresh tasting. The cheesy breadsticks are wonderful & my fiance had a meatball sub that he said was very good. Overall our experience was great. I really like the friendliness of the employees and the food is always fresh and fits the description, I'm a fan of the philly beef sub and I like the antipasto salad, a little different then Giovanni's antipasto salad but good! Delivery is always within a reasonable amount of time, usually earlier than quoted!!
