New York City Glitz — Local services in Pine Beach

We had three weeks to find a dress, get it altered, etc... This place was recommended by a friend and it's literally the first (AND LAST) place we tried. Not only are the selection of unique dresses really beautiful and unique, but the highlight of our trip there was Brandon. He was AMAZING! So patient, so warm, so friendly, so funny and SO KIND! My daughter and I liked him immediately. We didn't get there until evening during the week, and I kept apologizing to him. He was like- I love what i do and kept telling me to TAKE OUR TIME. He was so helpful, I can't even put into words how great he made the experience. After trying on about five dresses (all of which looked beautiful)- Brandon brings over this gorgeous dress and says, "would you be willing to try this one?" WELL- she put that dress on and he and i looked at each other. It was so perfect, so unique, so absolutely stunning. We all were like- this is the one!! Honestly, I was tired that night. I work all day, the LAST thing i felt like doing that night was to go dress shopping. But my daughter and I walked out of there SO excited (and relieved!) and in such great moods - because of HIM. He was wonderful! Not only did he find her the perfect dress, he also hooked us up with the perfect pair of earrings that matched beautifully (one less thing we had to worry about), and gave us so many great ideas for shoes and accessories. He also mentioned to me that she would have so much dress left over, we could probably have the bow-tie and masks made from the left over material. (which we did end up doing) We will definitely be back, and I will call first to make sure he is working again when we come. I can't say enough about him. Every store should have a Brandon!! He knows his stuff and he loves what he does, and it shows. Thank you, Brandon. We will visit again soon! You are THE BEST! Thank you for helping us find the perfect dress for a prom we didn't even think was going to happen. You made the experience the amazing one it was!! My daughter and her boyfriend had a great time.

Walked in to be so pleasantly surprised by the amount of dresses they had In stock ready to go home with you!! No waiting for it to come in. The Staff is AMAZING!! Not pushy just helpful!! They really made buying my daughters Sweet 16 dress quick and painless!! Staff was excellent at helping decide which one she liked more!!! I sat and watched the magic happen! Very happy we made the trip from Howell down there. We will be back next year for Prom next year!

I returned to look for a dress for the sweet 16 for myself thinking no way this is going to be as easy for me. I’m very self conscious and haven’t lost all the weight I wanted to. Well I told them the areas of concern I had and they helped me pick about 5-6 dresses to try. The first dress was the dress!!! They were two for two both me and my daughter ended up with the first dresses we tried on. I was in and out in 45 min. I tried on the other’s we narrowed it down to two dresses in minutes! I can not explain the relief of how I stressed over even walking in to try stuff on I was. They had so many beautiful dresses that I never thought would ever look good on me. I had no idea where I would look next if they didn’t have anything I liked. I have never bought a dress for anything that easy!!! 5 star service!!! See you at prom for my daughter...

I recently went to NYC Glitz with my daughters to look for senior prom dresses. Made an appointment and was tended to right on schedule. Amanda was our consultant. She was a joy to work with and never gave up on finding one of my daughters her perfect prom dress. My other daughter fell in love with the most gorgeous and unique dress we had seen. But since it was our first stop we didn’t make a purchase and went on to visit other boutiques to eventually come back the following day and purchase the 2 from NYC Glitz. Brandon who I believe manages the shop was also wonderful to work with. When we came back on the 2nd day to retry on the dresses the owner Kat was there. She was so accommodating and helpful and truly went out of her way to make my one daughter feel comfortable and beautiful. There was a slight issue with the dress being slightly tight around the hips. She had the seamstress come out and explain some options and really worked with us. She was extremely thoughtful and creative and you can tell she has a passion for what she does. Thank you for making the experience a wonderful one and we will definitely be back for all of our special...
