Do not recommend. The bouquets I ordered online look nothing like what was delivered. The roses were withered and near death. The colors were not the same, even down to the crumbled up bow they put on the vase. When I went to the shop to show them the flowers, the older lady at the front had a not so pleasant attitude. When I showed her the online picture verses what they delivered, she asked "what do you want me to do" and stated that she didn't see anything wrong with the flowers, even when I pointed out that the roses were dying. She finally fixed the flowers and reluctantly put a new bow on the vases since the orginal bow was crumbled up. Even after she "fixed" the flowers, the bouquet still didn't look like the photos on their website. The guy came out and said that sometimes they have to substitute flowers if they don't have them. There's a difference between flowers being substituted and the bouquet looking totally different from the online photo. The old lady's terrible attitude is what put the cherry on top of this...

The flowers were not delivered to the funeral home! When I called Small Florist to inquire about my order, the woman who answered the phone was rude and not helpful. She put me on hold and Mr. Small came to the phone. They kept insisting that I had not placed an order with them. I read to them everything on the confirmation email I received when I placed the order online, including the order number. He finally checked and found my order totally unprocessed! Read moreIf I could give it zero stars I would but unfortunately you can't do that on Google. Placed an order October 11th and called to Cancel October 13th as it was for a delivery in the future. I was told they didn't have my order due to a power outage and my name and order number was taken down incase they found it so it could be cancelled. Why was my order delivered today you ask? I'm not sure. I called them immediately explaining what happened and the only response I could get was "would you like for us to pick them back up?" After the birthday girl has already seen her flowers? That's heartbreaking. That would be like taking candy from an innocent child. This entire experience was deeply saddening and frankly I will not be using them again due to the emotional distress this entire situation has caused.
