the picture shown was what me and my mother left on our table. We had taken a few sips from our drinks and a bite or two out of our food when we both said at the same time "the food is cold" it wasn't lukewarm or anything. So we got up from the table went to the front desk and told them as respectfully as possible that the food was a bit cold and that we just didn't want to eat here anymore could we please be reimbursed for our food, one of the waiters came around the corner yelling that "they already drank from their cups" after that the lady at the front desk was rude and disrespectful. They tried to make it seem like we were the ones that were being difficult when all we wanted was a refund for the food that we didn't eat, based on their actions they had other patrons looking at me and my mother like we were people who were trying to dine and dash or something. We are just like them and worked hard for every single dime. It just a certain way to conduct business when it comes to customers and accusing them of stealing food and being incredibly rude just isn't the way. I wish I could've given them zero stars. They've lost what could've been one of their most loyal customers and more money in...

I have been here MANY times. One experience I had here was when I took my daughter to dinner, she is a little chubby, but not overweight and not fat by any means, but the waitress literally said "why are you so heavy" to my daughter and I thought that was extremely rude. The second bad experience was when I went to lunch there. The food was very cold and stale. I didn't even finish eating I just got up and left. The third bad experience was when my family came here to eat dinner and my daughter was walking to the table and she slipped and fell and got food all over her and got cocktail sauce on her face which was burning her and while she was trying to wipe the cocktail sauce off of her face with cold water to soothe the burning sensation one of the waitresses kept haggling her telling her that the reason she fell was because she had "slippery shoes" but it was because the floor was wet, and there was no set floor sign. I haven't been back and I refuse to spend my money on this...

I ordered 2 small shrimp and rice meals. 1 with $3 extra shrimp and 1 with $6 extra shrimp When I arrive they have all the shrimp and rice in one container fir each order, I told him that I prefer the extra shrimp to be put in a separate container. Obviously he didn’t want to have to take the order back to be re cooked. There was a female worker and she started speaking in their language, When I get the supposedly new order, the rice tasted stale as if it has an after taste. I refused to eat the rice and shrimp because I don’t think they gave me fresh food. I called the restaurant and asked if my food was cooked fresh, the lady said yes. I don’t believe them.I feel that they gave me stake rice because it looked different The guy says he was new and didn’t know to put the extra shrimp in a different container. The order was $29. My husband ate his food because he is not picky like me. I don’t feel that they prepared my food fresh. Please be careful when reordering food...
