What has happen to this pharmacy. The service has deteriorated in the past 5 years. Recently, waited in line at drive in pick up for over 30 minutes. Called in for reason why the drive up lane grew to expand back into the parking lot. Finally an answer saying there was only one person at work. Called today, no answer. Dr send in prescription & days go by, usually I have to call to see if I have a prescription. A couple of meds, they say they had to verify more info from doctor. Never got meds. I commend you for getting better in not giving other people meds to the wrong person or incorrect instructionson how to take meds. Like 1 tab, 4 times a month to 1 tab 4 times a week. 3 times for me, once for my sis. So far that's better, now other things going wrong. Are there any GOOD...

I should have went and filled a complaint. Can't get things fixed if you don't. I had my doctor's office refill my test stripes and lancets. Someone from the pharmacy even called me to ask which machine did I used and I told them. When I went to pick my prescriptions up it was the wrong ones. I told the person and the window they were the wrong ones and someone from the pharmacy called me and verified what I needed before I came up. Terrible service I went to fill a prescription the young lady told me it will be ready in 20 mins I informed her I was on my break so I went back to work. I gave it atleast an hour and a half before I returned only to be told it want be ready until another 30 minute. Not only that I had a $5 discount that me and the young lady was discussing back and forth that the manager he just walked by with no concern instead stepping in and taking charge so that my $5 discount could be applied ill never use them again I will go...
