El Parian Mexican Food — Restaurant in Pine Bluff

Loved everything about this place! Cheese dip to start was delicious; I like my salsa with lots of cilantro, but this was authentic homemade flavors and therefore yummy as well! I got the enchiladas suprema and devoured them (except all the extra to take home because I was stuffed). My son's quesadilla was much better than others I've had, steak flavor cooked into the tortilla it seemed. The Nachos Jalisco was a huge plate of goodness, and the Fiesta Chimichanga was divine as well. Service was awesome with refills all around and several employees checking on us. As an artist, I was also super impressed with the beautiful decor and cleanliness. I have no complaints, (which is pretty incredible for me, who can always find something wrong), only praising for this restaurant! I went to this restaurant with my sister and father. We ordered the lunch chicken breast, fajitas, and chimichanga with waters, along with a cheese dip. This totaled to $26 and change. We were charged $34, and when I questioned them about it, they first of all wouldn’t give me an itemized receipt. They then fumbled around with the cash drawer trying to ring it up again and again. He could see that it was wrong but he wanted to keep ringing it up to the $34, which was the dinner menu prices. In the end, he gave up, went in the cash drawer and just handed me my money back, without voiding the receipt. These people are THIEVES and I will never eat...

We had great experiences every time we go here. They have great service and provide chips and salsa! The food is amazing, I recommend the carnitas meal. The rice has mixed vegetables in it, that's new to me and not a favorite but overall the flavor is great. The white sauce they use is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars.
