Stereo Junction — Local services in Pine Bluff

I took my 2012 Hundai Sonata in because I could not get my CD to eject, which had my radio shut down also. The representative told me my whole system would have to be taken apart and put back together, to the tune of about $300.00.

I was advised by someone else to contact my dealer for whatever options I might have had. The dealer told me if I unplugged my battery, this would reset the system, releasing the CD. It worked to the tune of $00.00.

Now, you cannot tell me that Stereo Junction did not already know this, and would probably have done it the same way. This was just over a year ago.

I called in today for an estimate on speaker installations. I had already gotten an estimate from a North Little Rock business of $220.00. Why is Stereo Junction's estimate for the exact same job $600.00 or more?

Had a problem,(whining of radio) they fixed it which was good. However when they fixed what was wrong it created another problem . They tried telling me my speakers went out which isn't true . So I came back the next day & the person who fixes the radio (dark hair, kind of young)acted like he had a problem with me bringing my car back to get looked at. His body language said it all and his slamming of my car door just added on. They expected me to pay an additional 40 dollars to fix this problem they created. No thanks I'll go somewhere else. My problem is the amount of rudeness I experienced in this establishment for something that was simply not my fault...

Stereo junction is a scheming store. Why wud you purposely not tell somebody that you don't have a refund policy before you sell them merchandise? So you can get their money 1st and then tell them you don't have a refund policy AFTER they sell you merchandise. You have a restocking fee which means you have a refund policy. Larry, lying tail studdered through all the reasons why they didn't which told me he did that on purpose. God don't like ugly either!! Also, their merchandise is waaaayyy overpriced!!
