I only gave 2 stars because they were able to send something at the last minute. I am not very pleased because the photos on the website looks NOTHING like what was sent. I explained what I needed and the price range and referred to the photo on the website. The lady was pleased on the phone ( we are not residence of Pine Bluff - therefore I located them online ), she did explained it wouldn't be identical but it was no where near what I expected. I want to thank this flower shop so much. I had a family loss on Sunday and several this year so i forgot to order my daughter a corsage for her prom. I remembered it on that Friday and went to their shop around 4:15. They said they couldn't fill another order and I broke down crying and explained my situation. I was so upset, but understood. A lady from the back came out and said to take my order and made my daughter the prettiest corsage for her prom. That is the best customer service ever. I ordered from online app only to be called and told the store did not have what was advertised and purchased . I then had to call the store and go through the website to see what the store did have in stock. I finally just asked them to make a beautiful basket with a mixture of floral and plant design and was told I could have a ceramic rabbit added as it was similar to what I ordered originally but they did not have.
