My experience didn’t seem to reflect all the 5-star reviews, but there were some positives. They have a mimosa bar, and the try on area is decorated well. My whole experience was not very positive, though. Our GPS took us to the wrong location so I called them as we would wind up being about 10 minutes late. They confirmed, but 5 minutes later somebody called me and said “I’m confirming you’re NOT coming to your appointment?” I said yes I wanted to, but we had just called because the GPS took us to the wrong spot. She said “oh that was you.” and I said “yes sorry” she said okay and hung up awkwardly.

We got there and I felt very rushed. She asked some basic questions and took my size. We spent about 10 minutes finding dresses to try on—about 6 total. As I tried them on, they all had the same kind of sheer bodice. I remarked I don’t like the entire bodice being sheer, and the consultant told me most dresses were like that because that is “what most brides want”.

On my last dress, the consultant disappeared and I was left in front of the mirror on the pedestal for about 5 minutes. Finally a different consultant came over and asked if I wanted to get out of the dress. I confirmed and then told her I found a dress elsewhere. Not true but I just wanted to leave at that point. It was also the ONLY place I shopped where they came into the dressing room with me. It was pretty unbelievable and uncomfortable.

I wish my experience had reflected the 5-star reviews I read, and it makes me wonder if they have a filter for reviews or something. How does an exclusively 5-star reviewed place offer that kind of negative...

I knew when it came to wedding dress shopping that I wanted something I felt beautiful in but I also didn't want to break the bank. Bella Bridal Outlet was my first stop during wedding dress shopping and it truly exceeded my expectations. I remember stumbling upon this place on Instagram and I am so thankful I did. The amount of gorgeous selections they had for such amazing prices left me and all my girls speechless. At the end of my hour, I didn't have a dress that I was absolutely 100% sold on. Before I knew it, Zoe actually picked out one last wedding dress for me and it ended up being the one! I felt like she had truly listened to me and taken into account exactly what I wanted to pick out such a perfect dress for me. She was so friendly and helpful and I can't thank her enough for helping me find my dress. My only other comment is that I wish the reservations could be booked for more than one hour. I felt like one hour flew by so when you make your appointment come prepared. I didn't have a very solid idea of what I wanted and it made it a little tougher for me.
