Very upset with there service as I called my order in ahead of time, they had there child on the phone taking my order. He repeated the order correctly to me however they still got the order wrong. Now because I have an allergy to the incorrect cheese they put on my food, I went back to the window and said politely order was incorrect. Remind you I spend $60-$80 each time I visit and I send 4 of my friends to this food truck weekly. I called today to place an order and owner says he refuses to serve me. Why? Because you guys didn’t follow allergy instructions? Also he tried to give me money back for one of my items but I politely decline and told him not to worry about it. I even tipped $12. The fact that he is refusing to serve me because they made a mistake on my last order is unprofessional. I am sending a group chat to my friends to make sure they know not to visit this food truck every Friday like we have been. Lost business for him. Please be aware. This is poor customer service...
Read moreFound this gem on my first day in Orlando for business. Ate there all three days, twice on the second day. Hands down the best quesabirria I have ever had. Chorizo street tacos were phenomenal as well. My favorite tacos were the tacos campechano though. So flavorful. I couldn’t get enough of this place. Told them today it breaks my heart that I have to leave because I could eat here every day the rest of my life. The young lady at the window, Wendy, remembered my name today, and that just added to the genuine feel of this place.
Keep in mind, this is a food trailer and not a brick and mortar location. But I found that the trunk of my rental car made a perfect place to stand and enjoy the flavor of their incredible food. I wish I could find quesabirria like this in Arkansas. So for all of you hungry for genuine, authentic Mexican food, check out Taqueria La...
