Cass Co. Fair — Local services in Pine River

Our first time coming to this fair. Went to one food booth and the lady was too busy talking to her co-worker to be bothered by us. Went around to the other side and tried to order a soda “My pop is broken”. Went to the cheeseburger booth. Sign said they had pickles and cold drinks. No pickles and only water. I will say the burger was tiny but very good. The cheese curds were delicious but the wait was awful. Again had to beg to get waited on. Half in Pine river half in Wadena. Could have been a fun experience with the whole carnival in one spot. Rides priced accordingly but in need of some repairs body work and lights missing or not working. A overheating generator to power the whole thing, and a ride being actively repaired day 2 of fair.
