Ordered a burger from this restaurant through the drive-through. Now to give you an idea I should mention that I do not prefer fast food andonly order it when we are short on time and I need to get family fed in a hurry. all the way home and noticed my brother had no beef patty only a Bon, bacon and sauce. Really? For some reason I cannot explain agile all the way back to get another burger. When I went in to ask the cashier if I can have a burger with a Patty this time she laughed and thought it was the silliest thing that the cook forgot to Patty. My kids and wife made me promise not to yell at the staff there so I didn't but I was further disgusted when the cashier looked back into the kitchen and giggled and told the Cook that she had forgotten to Patty. I did not find this funny since I was hungry when I got home only to find out that I had to go all the way back. But I promised my family I would not yell or make a scene. The next thing I noticed was a blonde heavyset woman who appeared to be the manager walking back-and-forth and clearly knew what it happened and took no interest and offering support to the staff at the restaurant. She appeared to be a manager and clearly all of the other staff were teenagers under the age of 18.    Read moreStopped on my way up north for dinner. I was by myself and wanted to get a quick meal before driving more. The door said the dining room was open until 8pm. It was 7:48. Stood at the counter and waited several minutes. Finally an employee came up and says is it alright if today's order is to go? I said no I don't want to eat in my car. She says sorry the dining room closes soon. I said that the sign says 8 and drive thru says it is open later. Couldn't you just lock the doors at 8? It shouldn't take me too long to eat. She said no we have to clean the dining room. I am one person. It would take 30 second to clean my table and chair. The owner should retrain employees on customer service.
