Dan initiated several search options which narrowed the available listings to what I wanted and saved me an enormous amount of time. The result is a beautiful property with very nice lakeshore on a good fishing lake, a nice beach, and 54 acres for my horses. Dan at gallery of homes costed my family Thousands of dollars buying a property. Difficult to work with. Would absolutely use ANY one else.

He called my lender asking very specific personal details because he was “concerned I couldn’t make my mortgage payment” as if that even matters to him after closing? Then in part to him asking in appropriate and irrelevant questions to my lender I had to get a significantly more expensive loan. $450/month more for the same loan🤦🏼‍♂️

Furthermore, he threatened my realtor that he would tell the city to boycott the local business I bought if part of the deal didn’t work out how he wanted. (Me buying the existing propane)
