I heard from friends that this place has very good sandwiches. My wife and I went on Thursday for the roast beef sandwich. It didn’t taste like the beef had been seasoned at all. It tasted like the roast beef had just been put in the oven and cooked. Therefore, the sandwich was just average. They are located in a large warehouse type building but the way it is set up, there is only room for a few people inside. We had to wait outside in the mid day sun with 25 other people for 47 minutes, with no cover, before we could get inside! I sun burn very easily so I ended up getting sunburned. They also have a program that you can call ahead and order your sandwiches and enter ahead of everyone WAITING outside. Very rude!!! I can not return and risk getting sunburned again. The owner said I could call ahead and jump in front of everyone but I told him that I am not that inconsiderate of the other customers. There was a hair...

As a community we need to ask ourselves, are we truly comfortable with something this addictive being downtown where anybody with ten bucks can just go grab it on a whim? If you, or someone you love has any issues with an addictive personality, do not go in on a Wednesday for a wueben as it will dictate your schedule every Wednesday for who knows how long! Fortunately, they only have those on Wednesdays, but they sell cheesecake all of the time and that is at very least, if not more dangerous! This environment invites dangerous scenarios downtown. If you have not been dissuaded, go prepared and keep an eye out for angry sunburnt octogenarians muttering under their breath if you're planning on waiting in line. But if you call in advance you can avoid that scenario......

Amazing food! Been wanting to try for a while now but haven't gotten a day off while they are open till today. Had the roast beef sandwich and it is honestly the best roast beef I have ever had. The au jus is amazing. Came with chips and a pickle. Also got one of the huge cookies that is equally as amazing as the rest. Will definitely be back to try the other sandwiches even if I have to request those days off to do it lol. Staff was awesome and friendly.
