UPON ENTERING YOUR STORE FOR THE FIRST TIME, I WAS GREETED BY BABIE WHO HAD JUST THAT DAY STARTED WORKING THERE. BARBIE WAS VERY CORDUAL AND LISTENED TO MY REQUEST TO HAVE MY CUSHIONS REUPHOLSTERED WHICH HAD PARTICULAR SHAPES AND TIES TO FIT A SOFA AND CHAIR. INSTEAD OF PERHAPS ACKWARDLY ATTEMPTING TO TRANSLATE MY NEEDS TO AN ORDER (ALL FABRICATION IS PERFORMED IN-HOUSE) BARBIE ASKED FOR MIRIAM TO GIVE HER A HAND. WE TRIED DIFFERENT FOAMS TO FILL THE NEW CUSHIONS BUT WE TOGETHER THOUGHT THAT MAYBE THE EXISTING CUSHION FILLER COULD BE USED. MIRIAM GRABBED AN EXISTING CUSHION AND TOOK IT TO THE PRODUCTION DEPT (YOU CAN VIEW THEM WORKING THROUGH A WINDOW) AND SOON RETURNED WITH A "YES AND THEY'LL USE IT AS A TEMPLATE IN THE PRODUCTION"! WE WRAPPED UP THE ORDER AND AWAY I WENT BUT A FEW DAYS LATER BARBIE CALLED TO REPORT THAT WHEN SHE LAID THE CUSHIONS OUT THERE WAS ONE CUSHION THAT DIDN'T WORK FOR THE FINISHED LAYOUT. AFTER SEARCHING AT HOME I FOUND THE RIGHT CUSHION AND DROPPED IT OFF. SHORTLY AFTERWARDS THE CUSHIONS WERE DELIVERED AT MY DOOR. THE COURTEOUS RECEPTION, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CAN-DO PEOPLE LIKE BARBIE AND MIRIAM MADE THE EXPERIENCE THERE ENJOYABE AND FRUITFUL. THEIR PRICING IS COMPETITIVE AND OFTEN TIMES LESS THAN SHOPPING ON LINE SO DROP BY THE STORE, GET WHAT YOU NEED AND MEET SOME NICE...

We purchased a patio set 10 years ago from Crate & Barrel, which is since discontinued. The back cushions were in perfect condition due to being stored indoors, but the seat cushions were really showing their wear and needed replacing. Even if C&B hadn't discontinued the product line, they were previously trying to sell replacement cushions for $4k! Far too expensive to make it worthwhile.

The website was extremely easy to use, so I was confident that the order was placed correctly. I did call later to check about production timeline (to make sure we'd be home when cushions arrived), and was pleasantly surprised to quickly reach a real, professional and friendly human being on the phone. When I sent them a compliment about the final product by email, they replied within 1 business day.
