I shop here often and love it, but their pharmacy leaves too much to be desired. Have you ever called the pharmacy there? I wouldn't bother, as I've had to call the store manager who brought the phone to the pharmanager, Josh. He let it be known that the store manager has nothing to do with the pharmacy and cannot tell him or his techs what to do, like answer the phone. Today, in line with 9 other people, 3rd in line and waited 37 minutes while techs in the pharmacy would look and walk on by. Yesterday, I return from major surgery with my husband, go in to get his meds filled (where he wanted to go) and told they would be filled within the hour...2 hours later I return to be told it will be today before I can get them. I showed them pictures and asked what am I supposed to do (because they cannot give me the prescription back). They never even called to tell me to give the option to go somewhere else to fill them. They ended up telling me they had 1 in stock, and sold it to me, I asked if it went against his insurance, and told it was. Today, I go get the second, again I had to pay, asked if it went against insurance. got affirmative, to get home and find it wasnt...when I call back then I'm told there was no insurance on file. I told Nicole, it was her I gave all the cards and info to, and the way I could tell was her pharyngitis. She apologized and asked for me to return with receipts and insurance cards. I could go into the mess from january to march with them, their manager, in particular but wont as I finally switched to Ray's Pharmacy in Ball since Josh told me I may get more personal service with them. I agree and glad I did. My husband will be switching tomorrow. There has to be someone to hold these people responsible and fined for all the trips some people make when they make multiple trips to get...
Read moreI have been so satisfied with this establishment as it is near my home and, thus, frequently visited. Customer service, fully stocked shelves, and ALWAYS a clean, enjoyable ambience formed the overall customer experience. However, SUPER 1 Foods must be commended for the relatively new service of preparing your entire grocery order for you; after you receive a message that your groceries are ready, you are given a chance to review any exchanges that they were forced to make bc of unavailability, etc, and you can make last minute modifications. Then you drive to a particular parking spot, after giving SUPER 1 a little time to make your modifications. Text or call after parking and your groceries are brought out to you and, if you wish, loaded into your vehicle per your instructions. These employees have always behaved with utmost politeness. ...
Read moreHaven't been here for the pharmacy in YEARS. Now, I remember why. The worst. Pharmacist asked a person 3 times about his current address. He gave the same answer 3 times. Then the pharmacist waddle off and puts it into the computer. Made the guy stand there so long, with a cane that he finally had to go sit down. As soon as he sat down, pharmacist calls him back up to counter. Dude struggled to stand, walked up there, and the pharmacist ASKED HIM ABOUT HIS ADDRESS AGAIN. Dude was like "Bro, 4 yrs ago I lived at the address in your system, now I live at the one on my ID. Why is this so hard?"
Then they tell him wait time is an hour bc they're only have a couple of people. Who manages the pharmacy? The entire line of people (6) standing there for over 15 min just to pay them money. What is this CVS...
