Walked in, and was never spoken too, after i gave a greeting upon entry, but all the employees looked at me, never said a word. Finally employee spoke, only asking if I was ready to order. It is ridiculous as a customer when you have employees looking at you, walking by you, not even greeting you and still expecting somebody to take my order. I have never received such lousy service at a tropical smoothie this place needs some real customer service training. I feel sorry for the folks who live here. This place is unwelcoming. Went through the drive thru... can't hear person taking order from the mumbling, and never repeated order back... wasn't sure if he was still there or not.
