I don't know the woman's name who manages this BK, because she refused to give me her name or a phone number for the store (I only asked because [delivery service] support was trying to call to verify information and they had the wrong number), but some people shouldn't be working in the service industry. Period.
I can't imagine that Burger King is that tolerant of a manager who curses at delivery services, yells at people in the drive-through (and I don't mean me... the person ordering in front of me), and mistakenly gives people's orders away and then blames the customer who is still waiting on their food and then demands payment from them again before she'll even consider making the order over. (Oddly enough, they ALREADY HAD THE ORDER "REMADE." In the time it took me to get to the window?? Seriously??)
[Delivery services] have a system to prevent people from stealing orders, so that isn't what happened here. If someone else ended up with it, it's because the store failed to confirm the order with the driver. I don't know why she thinks [service personnel] wouldn't keep a record of those confirmations.
My best guess is that she knew exactly what she was doing. Especially considering the attitude she had when Support simply said that no one had confirmed picking it up and tried to PAY FOR IT AGAIN. Why would you still be cursing at us?
I can't apologize enough to Customers who don't get their dinner because of places like this... that really keep people like this on staff. Her actions are borderline criminal, and I won't be delivering for that store anymore.
I don't have time to argue with someone when I have customers waiting on food that someone else gave away (or, even more likely, stole for themselves). I also don't have the patience for willful ignorance, but that's giving her the benefit of the doubt and she didn't even earn that.
These people are probably spitting in your food. It's not their fault, though. They need a leader with...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDrive thru ordering was fine. After I parked on the other side of the building as I was told to do, I was brought the wrong order. I then had to get out and go in and being disabled this was painful for me. After getting inside I told the lady about it and she got mad at me! Then took the orders she was filling and slammed them on the filling table spilling the food! Then after grumbling she asked me what I ordered and after quite a wait she handed it to me and walked away without speaking to me. I went home to eat and discovered the order was done wrong! I then had to drive all the way back to Burger King to get it corrected. The drive up man had the nerve to say that I ordered it that way and wasn't interested in fixing my order!! Needles to say, I didn't back down and he took the sack of food and irritability told me to wait on the other side. After a wait of 25 minutes they brought my order. I do not plan to patron this Burger King again. I hope nobody else has this...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible. Someone needs to tell them the the burgers are supposed to be flame broiled. The patties never have a trace of grill lines or that BK char grilled taste that you get at every other location I have ever been to.
Tonight I asked for my burger to be fresh off the broiler and extra lettuce. That was too much for them I guess as my burger didn't have the normal amount of lettuce you receive at any other location and it was cold, so were the fries.
When we arrived at 8:45 pm there was one car in the lot. We sat in the drive through line with two other vehicles for nearly 10 minutes before they took the first cars order (don't know how long they had been there before I pulled up).
I had stopped eating at this location a couple of years ago due to these same issues.
Never again.
Shame too, because when cooked as they are supposed to be, the whopper is my favorite Fast Food burger. Ate at the one in Natchitoches recently and it was great...
