Yes, I would like to report Kennard the way that he treated us the way that he talked to me. I am a 70-year-old woman about I bought two watches and some phones, everything for them and whenever I go back with trouble. He was the rudest! As a matter of fact, I had a friend that was listening on my phone and he told me to walk out of Verizon and never go back; to go talk to my daughter and her husband and leave Verizon. I buy the phones and Iâm on their plans. He said âyou tell them how Verizon treated you; You do away with them and you go to AT&T.â He said âdo not ever walk back in that Verizonâ. And come to find out when I went to my son-in-law he told me that this Verizon on the Monroe highway is sub contracted out and Kennard is not going to tell you who his boss is. I went in with a problem and he said âwhat can I do to help?â and I said âsorry my phone and he said I donât wanna hear nothing you tell me what you want me to do?â âSorry without you letting me tell you what my phone doing I canât Iâm telling youâŚâ Kennard said, âIâm not gonna listen to you you tell me what do you want me to do and I will do it, but Iâm not going to listen to anything you have to sayâ. I have the friend that was listing and thatâs when he spoke up and he was on speaker. So Iâm now at the Verizon store and in Alexandria (on North Blvd) your employee Rosie fixed my problem in seconds and I wanted to give him this review because he is not gonna tell you who his boss is and he treats people terribly and if I wouldâve had to stayed with him, I wouldâve left and yâall wouldâve lost a customer and you should say, Rosie can tell you what I paid for this and to be treated like this.    Read morePrices were acceptable. Took 4 hours to set up and order our phones, quoted appropriate cost of phones. One had 1, ordered others that took 3 days instead of 2. Upon return it was slow and confusing.
We were not told during the ordering that the internet for business is only 4G where we live.
Upon getting the new phones, it took a long time with lots of confusion and frustration. They did their best and I am notably a black hole of electronics going poorly...
I hope I love their service as much as I expect to...
They graciously gave a bonus charger while we waited. For this courtesy I changed to 5 stars.
Updated again. My wife was gracious to change this review before leaving the store and with the promise our issues will be handled. Now another hour later, they have messed up the 'simple porting' of my number so many times that thry cannot allow any more attempts today.    Read moreI wish I could give this place a zero. Rude staff, I bought a defective phone, was told by customer service online that the store would have to check the device. She told me that online customer service at Verizon didn't want to do their job and they were just there to sell phones not work on them. Called customer service back they diagnosed that I had gotten a faulty product from them to return the 5 day old phone for a replacement. I was again told that they don't return phones or 30 day refunds and that my only option was to buy a new phone from them. Do NOT patronize this store they sell faulty and refurbished phones as new. Went to Shreveport to a corporate store and was out the door with a new phone in 10 min no fuss and no problems. This store is NOT a corporate store it is just a dealer and will not honor Verizons policies and procedures. Be very wary...
