Just putting this out there so the problem is fixed. I placed an app order for a large Club on a Sub and a King's Hawaiian Sandwich combo. Picked my order up through Drive-Thru and made it home. My husband started eating his Club on a Sub and found this extremely long blonde hair that was attached to the bite in his mouth and still in the sandwich. He quickly spit it out and was to grossed out that he threw the entire sandwich away. I called the restaurant and politely asked for the manager. I told her who I was and what our order was and what had happened. She did ask did we want her to remake the sandwich. I told her No, because I know my husband and he won't be eating there again. I didn't even ask for our money back. But I'm posting this because the female managers tone didn't seem too concerned that a long hair was found in our food. Nor did she seem shocked. If she would of seemed more concerned, I would of honesty felt that she was listening and really wanted to ensure no one else would have this problem. But she was chilled and unconcerned so that's why I'm making people aware. I love Firehouse so this isn't a bashing post.

After being open for a few short months, it seems they have lost their corporate standards, which were undoubtedly drilled into their heads during orientation and training. In this area, turnover at jobs like this is quite hight and with each new hire, standards drop. Aside from the clubs of dirt and grass all over the floor, there is an abundance of dirty tables. I walked in and stood in line behind a family who had clearly been standing in line a minute, looking at a blank space behind a computer where once would assume to find an employee taking orders. I look to my left, and the drive-through is flowing smoothly with 2 people making sandwiches in plain view of the dining room. I'm not the type to stand in a line with nothing more than a wall to look at so I asked if it was necessary to go through the drive through to order food or if there is a kiosk I can place my order with, since there is nobody behind the counter taking orders. I was told I could call ahead next time. The food is fine, it's a sandwich and chips. Do better, though.

Short review: Very nice restaurant. I'd reccomend eating here Long review: Food is prepared well. Wait time isn't long. I ate at 1pm so there was no line so perhaps in a Lunch Rush it may be longer. —◈— Sandwhich- ★★★☆☆ I made my own consisting of Chicken, Onions, Mushrooms, and Mayo. It was OK, but I felt like maybe adding bacon and more sauce would've been better. But the ingredients I choose were very good. (Fellas be like, "I don't like Subway." Brother, YOU MADE the Sandwich 😂) Chips- ★★★★☆ Good selection. Typical potato chips for your sandwich. I had some Kettled BBQ ones that went well on my sub too (highly reccomend chips on sub) Complimentary pickle- ★★☆☆☆ Mid tier pickle. Not too much to say here Drinks- ★★★★☆ Usual soda machine —◈— Atmosphere- ★★★★☆ For a small restaurant they did a very good job at making it feel cozy and themed it well. High cielings make for a more spacious feeling and not too many tables to overcrowded the flow

My family has loved Firehouse Subs for years. Unfortunately, this location is poorly managed and suffers from multiple issues.

The Coke Freestyle machine is usually out of a lot of the flavor options. But the larger issue is that they get easily overwhelmed and can’t keep up. We were there today and it took over 45 minutes to get our order. Because they were so backed up, there was nowhere to sit because people were sitting around waiting a long time for their food. So, we just decided to get our order to go, but we then had to stand inside the restaurant for over a half an hour because we were waiting for our food and there was no seating space. We watched the staff and noticed that they were confused, unorganized, and were losing track of the orders. In fact, when we got our food, we got an additional sandwich because they lost their place on all the orders. It reached the point where people entered the restaurant, saw all the people standing around, and just turned around and walked out.

It’s been like this 3 of the last 4 times we went. We love Firehouse food, but it just isn’t worth it. And I’ve heard people in my office talk about similar experiences in the restaurant. So, word is getting around. I’m writing this in hopes that the ownership sees this review and does something to fix these issues. Otherwise, my family...
