A little over a month ago, I went in for a belly piercing. I called this place and from the start on the phone call, the lady who answered was rude. Though, I wanted my piercing and went there to get pierced. Once we got to the piercer’s piercing room, she sat me down, marked my belly, and pierced me. She didn’t even allow me to check my markings to make sure I was okay with the placement. She didn’t even count down 3,2,1 nor did she allow me to breathe prior to the piercing. Once I left, I showed my sister my piercing and she told me it was extremely crooked. I looked more into it and it was. I went back to the shop to the girl told me “I don’t know why it’s crooked now when it wasn’t before you left.” I was gone for no more than 30 minutes. She did nothing but tell me it’s because the bar was long. It’s still crooked over a month later. Im not sure of her name, but she had blue hair and a medusa piercing I believe. Not usually one to say this but won’t...

They will “accidentally” overcharge you and then play dumb here. Don’t go here if you don’t like giving your money away for free and then getting the run-around. I was getting an existing septum piercing switched out for a plastic retainer. When I called and asked for pricing the person who answered the phone said the service to switch the jewelry costs $15 and the jewelry starts at $10, as was told to her by the piercer I saw. I got the service done and a plastic retainer put in (a small piece of plastic, not even jewelry) and they charged me $30 - meaning they charged me $15 for a piece of plastic smaller than a staple when they said the metal jewelry starts at $10. When I realized this and went back and tried to straighten it out they gave me the run-around and played stupid. Go here if you want to be overcharged...

I walked into this shop without notice and without an appointment and I was greeted instantly like family ! I felt so incredibly seen and heard 🖤 I was paired with an amazing artist who’s work left me Speechless and completely astounded. I was treated with courtesy and kindness !! Very clean environment 👏 also very cool art work and the overall vibe of the shop is awesome 😎. I worked with LaLa who is currently an apprentice at Collective and she ASTOUNDED me ya’ll !! I have to give this shop 5 stars ⭐️ all the way! Sheer raw talent and superb professionalism 👏 I will be back VERY soon for more tattoos in the future.
