Jade House — Restaurant in Pittsburg

My review is based on customer service,because my husband and I didn't get to order. My family is new to the area and have yet to find good food. We came to this place hoping for a different outcome. We walked in there was one customer waiting on his order.

We weren't greeted or offered a menu. We found the menu and start to look it over. As we did the lady finally asked have we been helped. We found that strange because she was the only person at the front counter from the time we walked in. Fast forward we are ready to place an order.

My husband approaches the lady at the counter and ask his question,she ignores him and call the first customer to get his order. My husband waited on her to finish,in the process another customer came in.

I thought I would visit this restaurant today after reading mostly great reviews. Upon walking in I was greeted by a guy. As I went to place my order to go I looked up I noticed a lady handling food and not wearing a mask properly as it was hanging on her chin not covering her nose or her mouth. I immediately told the guy never mind I do not want to place an order and also that she should be wearing her mask over her face. He then said something to her and she proceeded to continue in the cooking area and not put on a mask. Being that we are in the middle of a pandemic you would think she'd wear a mask to protect the people of serving. Safe to say I wont be coming...

Ok, I went here for take out (lunch) the woman was very polite and nice, the restaurant looks dark and runned down, the menu selection was vast, got my food, it was hot, it was ok, had the broccoli beef, there was only 4 pieces of broccoli, plenty of beef, but for the price the amount of food should have been more and there should have been more broccoli, there's three other Chinese restaurants within 1/2 mile of jade house that I know that have better broccoli beef that are actually cheaper with better quality, like I...
