I want to say Computer Plus is definitely the place to go for great service and knowledge of your product. They did a wonderful job and pointed out items I did not know. I am 100 percent sold on these folks and it didn't take forever to fix my machine. God Bless them, they know what they are doing, and they do it really well. Awful. Slow with poor customer service. "3-5 days" turned into 2 1/2 weeks. After sending my husband to check the status of my computer, it was found to be sitting on a shelf with the new part still in the package. Amazingly, it was fixed 45 minutes later.
