Rosa Bella — Local services in Pittsburg

Went to Rosa Bella in Joplin today 12/1/18 it was a horrible experience we went there to get bridesmaids dresses I set up an appointment for it first of all first rule of thumb never tell a bride or a mother no I went shopping with my girls 3 teenagers girls and went in there and the lady pointed us to a very small section of bridesmaids clothes a dress hanging in that section I pointed to and asked for one of my girls to try it on a poofy long dress and she looked at me and said oh no they can’t try that on it’s a prom dress and it’s more expensive like $500 I realize I may not look like I got 2 pennies to rub together but I can not believe I was treated this way my girls did get to try on the dress in the end but by that point I was done we did not purchase anything at Rosa Bella today and won’t be back ever again their loss because we were prepared to buy my daughter the dress of their dreams for our wedding today my advice to them is not to judge a book by its cover my advice to anyone thinking to go to Rosa Bella is to save the trip it is the worst experience we have had dress shopping figured buying my dress would have been bad but no David’s bridal didn’t treat me like I didn’t matter I am a bride I have my 3 beautiful girls in my wedding and my wedding all I wanted was for my girls to look as beautiful as possible if your a bride like me go elsewhere The only positive thing I can say is they older lady in there was amazing she made it barable the other lady kept saying different dresses wouldn’t fit my girls even though they ended up trying them on and they fit way to go teenager already have body issues But the older lady was very positive about everything they loved her telling them they look very beautiful

My daughter tried on a dress PULLED OFF THE RACK by the saleswoman to try on. As she stood in front of the mirror looking, the saleswoman said the other girl that wants to buy this dress is back to purchase it. She said it’s too small for you anyway, take it off! What horrible customer service! The saleswoman commented ‘I don’t know what to do’. My daughter was very embarrassed and confused. It’s almost laughable that you can go into the store and literally buy a dress off of someone that is trying it on! I bought a prom dress here about two years ago and loved it. I went back this year just to look and was not impressed. I strongly dislike how the larger sizes are in the very back in a completely separate room, while the small sizes are right at the front of the store.
