John Buckley Square — Local services in Pittsburg

I like this little park. It has a small sand play area with a water feature. No slides or swings but it has a cave and climbing thing in the sand. There's a bocce ball court, table tennis table, and plenty of bench seating. The feature of the park is it's square grassy field where they host movie nights when the weather is nice. Every Saturday there's a farmers market there with great produce. I really do like this...

Nicely designed park, with well managed vegetation. Sand pit playground needs some love, and bathrooms are not yet open. I'm sure once the city gets back to full attention to the outdoor spaces, the maintenance will be back on track. It's in a great location for the downtown as a destination experience. Great city center. Nice sized grass lot, bocce courts and bathrooms. Right in the middle of DT Pittsburg that has a book store, good restaurants and other nice shops. Small play area for children. Hosts many events like OTG food trux on Friday nights, Farmers Market and outdoor movies...
