TLDR: avoid this merchant.

I will be suing her. I provided my clothes to her in 03/2024 for alterations, she initially told me that due to prom and quinciñera season she wouldn't be able to finish my alterations timely. Being considerate, I agreed to wait until June for my alterations to be completed. June came and went and she didn't return my clothes to me. I made several attempts to reach out to her and she flaked every time. She would feed me unprofessional stories about her personal troubles. July came and went, same thing. This is now August, almost half a year later. I don't have my clothes or my money. I went as far as filing a claim against her with my bank and she lied to them stating that my clothes had been returned. I highly recommend anyone who has experienced similar issues file a small claim against her also. A fraudulent merchant like this SHOULD NOT be allowed to stay open.

Brisa is extremely professional , kind and has a great eye for wedding gowns and accessories! She also is an AMAZING seamstress. She worked very patiently with me and helped me alter my wedding dress, my reception gown and 2 other clothing items. She also sold me some beautiful accessories from her new store! I bought a tiara for my reception and the most gorgeous pearl beaded hair piece I have ever seen. I used the beaded hair piece for the ceremony. I will definitely be turning to Brisa to help me get styled up for any big gala or event I will be attending in the future.
