Amped Airsoft Arena — Local services in Pittsburgh

I've gone here 3 times now, once in a private group (everyone had a blast and can't wait to go back!) and twice for open play. They have a very well stocked pro shop attached w/ knowledgeable and helpful staff. The prices are even comparable to online prices, with the added bonus of supporting local! Everyone on the field side was super friendly and helpful! They did a great job making us feel welcomed! The pace of play is just about perfect. Play for a while, get a long enough break to catch your breath & reload, then you head back out! Compared to other indoor fields, the price to play/hr is very low, making it incredible value. Additionally, the field is quit fun! It's been a bit different each time I've gone, causing it to play differently. This makes it feel fresh each time.

My son and I went to Amped Airsoft Arena on a Saturday morning in January 2024. The weather forecast was calling for snow, and I guess that was enough to keep most people at home. The staff at Amped Airsoft was awesome, and they let me and my boy play 1 on 1 for as long as we wanted to. I'm sure they were bored out of their minds, but we had so much fun just chasing each other around. Also, my replica didn't pass the chrono check. That's 100% my fault. They easily could have taken another $25 from me, but they were nice enough to let me use a rental for the day at no cost. That stuff doesn't seem to happen much these days, and I greatly appreciate it. New springs are ordered, I can't wait until they get here so we can go back to Amped Airsoft Arena...

Staff is very nice and knowledgeable. Map is very close quarters, a lot of sharp corners and maybe one small lane. Most games are TDM, with TDM always being one of the two game mode options.
