Eggs R Us — Restaurant in Pittsburgh

First of all every time I order over the phone & go in to pick my order up something is missing & not made & have to wait 20-25m for the rest of my order while my other food is getting cold. Every time. I order from here frequently (even when they mess up I make the mistake of going back & being disappointed every time) stupid I know. The last and final time I went there they forgot my oatmeal w fruit and toast, she told me since it’s oatmeal it will only take 5 minutes. 5m that seriously turned into 20-25. In the meantime while waiting I sat at the little bar they have (which is right behind the grill) you can see all the food being made. NO ONE on the grill, NO ONE boxing the food & NO ONE cleaning tables had gloves on. One of the people on the grill stepped off for a moment to take out the trash (no gloves) came in & got right back on the grill w out washing his hands. The lady taking my order went outside to smoke a cigarette, came back in BLEW HER NOSE , never washed her hands and started waiting on tables. Another waitress dusted the mess from the previous table onto the floor and immediately sat another party. The people on the grill mostly boxed the food & the sides of his hands THAT HE DIDNT WASH was touching the sides of some food. & NO ONE wears a damn hair net. Never ordering again. P.S. if you order take out ALWAYS check all your food . Especially the bacon bc it’s...

I ordered from EggsRUS today. I called ask for sugar added to my coffee bc it wasn’t an option online. The woman asked me how many and I said 5 sugars and 5 creams. I also ask if syrup was included with the pancakes bc it didn’t say it on the site and had an extra cost. She said yes. Then I heard her as she was hanging up say OMG. Like I was doing something to bother her. A half hour later. I get my order and I get 5 packets of Splenda, 5 packets of equal and one packet of sweet n low. No sugar. I called back and the same woman answers the phone . I said hi I paid for a breakfast order with coffee and requested sugar. She then blurted out with an attitude that they don’t have sugar. I said so you don’t have sugar at the restaurant and she said no then she was like well we don’t have packets. I asked her why didn’t the person tell me that on the phone before. She said IDK. Then she hung up. I’m allergic to artificial sweeteners. Had I knew that sugar would not have been an option. I would have asked the coffee to remove it...

Just moved to the area and wanted to support this local business. I called while in the parking lot to order thinking it will be 10 min or so. The lady on the phone told 25 min... okay.. after patiently waiting I walk into the restaurant and ask for my food. The four employees then proceed to tell me they never received my order. The lady LAUGHED and said “oh well six minutes”, as they made my breakfast in a microwave... at this point I missed half a football game and my patience for this restaurant. Not one employee took the time to apologize and they didn’t even get my order correct. The owner or manager of the place asked if a man or woman took my order and that’s all. Just a shame. No sympathy, no respect.. just “oh well”.. I understand things happen but at least try to make the customer happy... I will never waste my time or money on this establishment ever again and I will advise others not to as well. BTW THE FOOD...
