Noble Manor Shopping Center — Local services in Pittsburgh

The stores themselves are not at fault but this shopping plaza itself is hands down is absolutely the worst place to go for any reason. Because of the police and the dealings they encountered in the past the parking lot has become a good place to be scrutinized, harrassed, and feel violated. On 3 separate occasions, 2 within the same week recently and 1 years before the police tailed and followed me around making no effort to respect me or hide the fact they were scrutinizing and stereotyping me while I shopped at dollar tree and had lunch at eggs r us. Then leaving and being followed to the BP across the street and harrassed while I purchased my items there. We went there to go to Wiggy's restaurant for wings. Have not been there in a very long time. I was very surprised by how many different stores there were there. It was a clean shopping center very tight for parking I would say but old fashioned and look like many businesses work together there. We were there on a Sunday so a lot of places weren't open. Nice neighborhood shopping center. Alot of food choices and services. This center has been updated. Parking is a bit narrow, but there is plenty of it. It may have been lousy drivers, but it felt tight as we drove through. Stores are well maintained and offer a great variety of ethnic food, bars, wings - - food.
