Went to a CMU Enginerding Alumni event and truly enjoyed seeing the facility and hearing the wonderful things going on there. Building is beautiful, with new building constructed in the old metal beam framing of the previous industrial building. Wide open spaces and modern conveniences and technology. Very cool location if your are looking for a place to relocate or start your business. Accessible to downtown and the parkway but also easily accessible by bike from many locations. I love how they incorporated remnants of the old mill with modern touches. I especially loved the outdoor hanging swings made from I-beams (see pic). This is definitely shaping up to be a technology and business assist hub...
