Exquisite Nails — Local services in Pittston Township

I’m not one to ever complain about my nails. Beautiful place & great workers. I went about 4 days ago and waited two hours and it took almost an hour to do my nails I wasn’t complaining cause I didn’t make an appointment and I noticed when I got in the car that my two nails were completely facing the wrong way. 2 days later my pinky nail just snapped off so I went there and asked them to fix it which they did but the nail was longer than my other pinky and not coffin shaped but I didn’t complain cause it was free and I waited over an hour. Then tonight comes around and my pointer finger nail just popped off. It was my first time ever going here they were really nice and genuine. I usually go to a different salon but they were closed I’ve never had that bad of an issue at that place. Btw my nails when I get them done they usually stay on for about a month or longer. I’m not gonna except it since I paid 45 dollars when I didn’t even do anything fancy plus I tipped 10 dollars I did simple nails. I will be getting a refund because this is not what I expected. Also this is my first ever review in my whole life because I’m usually a very understanding person if someone makes a mistake but I don’t appreciate...

I picked this salon bc of the good reviews and recommendations LOL wrong move. Scheduled mani pedis for my sister and I, a pedi for a family member and 2 manis for other family members - for a wedding Tomorrow. They only have 3 people working so told 2 of us to come 30 min early which we did. (The pedis were good). And the other 3 guests we had Were scheduled at 2. Well they had walk ins come in like 5 min before 2 pm that they brought back BEFORE the SCHEDULED clients. Our family who was SCHEDULED had to wait almost 45 min so we were almost late to my sister’s rehearsal dinner... rude! Then they knew they were behind so they rushed through our manis and did a sloppy job. The owner did mine and I was disappointed. She roughed up my nails so hard that I have like brush burn on my fingers and she left so much acrylic junk on the underside of my nail it’s driving me crazy. I wish google let...

I'm not satisfied at all with their work!! I got both my feet and nails done and I was there a whole half hour.. They rush and don't take their time... In two days my nails started lifting and chipping and I got gel... I called them and asked to be redone by someone else other than the one that did mine and asked if I would be charged and they said they would have to check my nails to let me know... I'm sorry but any other nail place I've gone to I'm there for a good hour and a half being pampered and being well taken care of and if anything happened to my nails in a two day matter they would redo them and not charge me... Very disappointed and would NOT recommend them...
