Bari Pizza — Restaurant in Pittston Township

After placing an order with specifically just ham and extra cheese, they sent us a stromboli with ham, cheese, amongst veggies and other things. We called and let them know that the food came wrong, and we were told we have to pay for a new one if we want it fixed?

I called and asked myself why she would be charged for something they screwed up, and I was told that we didn't "specify" that we didn't want the veggies. I'm not really sure what "just ham and extra cheese" translates to there, but this was a complete waste of time. It's crazy because we have ordered from here countless times before, and never had this issue.

The lady on the phone had a horrible attitude, and was no help at all. But that's okay, we'll never be ordering from here again. They clearly can't afford to fix their mistakes, so we won't be doing more business with them. Asking extra money to fix their mistake is...

Exceedingly disappointed. No flavor whatsoever. It was like eating a ball of grease. The crust was soft and chewy (never a big fan of that personally). The cheese was mostly mozzarella - it was stretchy and added very little flavor. Most of the flavor came from the pepperoni and that was over-spiced. And finally the sauce! There was barely any sauce! Also, for the little sauce that was on it, it was pink from dilution! I forced myself to eat a second bite then tossed it. For the service, all the workers looked miserable. 2.5/10 for the pizza, 6/10 for...

Well after 45 minutes and 2nd try at making my old forge style pizza..I can now miss lunch and eat it on the ride home from work... Asked for pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms... Got pepperoni sausage onions.. Told the woman at the counter it was wrong and she said no it's what I ordered. .. I told her I definitely did not order it ..and again she says yes I did.. I didn't because I'm allergic to onions....had to tell her again pepperoni sausage mushrooms. . She then asked hat kind of peppers... Uggg well ty for no...
