Absolutely wonderful experience. Friendly staff were very welcoming. Building recently remodeled and everything looks great!

Went this time for the Salt Float Tank. The changing area is a little tight for couples but no real issue there. The shower before entering the tank is very clean and well kept. They provided shampoo, conditioner, and soap all that smelled nice and didn't leave that "cheap hotel" soap feeling behind.

The salt tank is so welcoming and comfortable. It's large enough for my 6'4" self to fit comfortably with my significant other beside me. The ceiling is lit up to look like little starlight's twinkling above you as relaxing music is introduced to start the float! It's absolutely serene and relaxing. You feel weightless and truly come out of the tank feeling refreshed and connected, especially as a couple.

The Salt Barre (TSB) is so much more than a yoga studio! Although they have an amazing group of yoga instructors, the best of the best! They also offer Barre classes & Pilates! You won’t walk away being disappointed if you try any of these classes! In addition to yoga, barre, & Pilates, they have an amazing massage therapist, a salt therapy meditation room, & a float room! I’ve tried all these services and will be a customer for life! Lastly, an added benefit is the atmosphere & vibe. If you’re looking to elevate your practice this place is an absolute must try!! I had an impromptu visit to your place on March 6 while I was in town for a meeting. I had some time to play with before getting on the road to Harrisburg. I stumbled across The Salt Barre and was immediately welcomed inside. Within minutes I was offered time in the salt room. It was my first experience in a salt room and I thoroughly enjoyed both the 30 minutes of quiet and the therapeutic benefits of the room.
