TrueZero - Hydrogen Fuel Station — Local services in Placentia

While it is the only hydrogen fuel station closest to me that is working most of the time, the lack of the smallest overseeing is HORRIBLE!!! I write off the costs of my fuel due to my driving (currently changing my car as the fuel for this car is too expensive), and every time I go there is no receipt paper in the machines! I have been having to call in to have a receipt emailed to me! This is minor but EXHAUSTING when they never pick up the phone or says their systems are down and I need to call back later (btw….I call back every hour and it’s down for days most of the time)! I HATE THIS system, I HATE hydrogen fuel, THEY SUCK!!!! The money that was allocated for this system, wasn’t allocated properly into the infrastructure and it shows! Someone definitely stole funds and despite the hype of “upcoming projects” to further this agenda it is a dumpster fire! Best to get rid of this type of car and never look back!

BTW, I’m still waiting on their systems to come back online so I can try calling for days to obtain ONE receipt. In the mean time I will have to drive all the way to Orange or UCI in order to get fuel that I will burn a good amount of just driving back home...
