Don't be fooled by the high ratings. I was quoted a number for windows on the phone first, which Menendez doubled it since there were some crawlspaces.

I agreed to the price and on the installation day his crew wouldn't remove all the waste materials from the crawlspace, claiming it is too difficult. His crew and Menendez got into a shouting match with me and it literally took them 5 minutes to remove the waste. They tried to slip in extra money after all this and another fight ensued. They are totally unprofessional. I don't even know what quality of work they did on the windows.

Unprofessional and not reliable. Makes appointments and never shows up or calls to let you know he will be there. He gave me a number to text him pictures, then when you call, he doesn’t remember your phone number or the conversation Full of “I am sorry so busy” He also changes the price he first quoted.
