Brought my Bulova Precisionist watch in for a battery replacement. Lady said no problem, be right back. Took a bit and that employee came out of back room and spoke with another at front counter, then went in back. Finally came out with my watch (over 20 mins), seemed long. Handed me my watch, I paid cash, offered no receipt and I left. Got in car and noticed that the pin (knob that changed time) would not securely screw in anymore. I went back in and inquired what happened, a gentleman came out of back room stating "The knob was all gunked up and was hard to get open. After changing the time, It would not go back in proper way". I stated 2 weeks ago was daylight savings time and I had no issues moving watch back. He said only thing he could do would be to send it out to his repair person to get me a quote to get it fixed (on my dime). Needless to say I was not happy, it worked fine when I brought it in and he did something to damage it. Why should I have to pay? He assured me it would be fine. It now has been getting condensation under the glass when it is warm/sweaty days. Biggest issue was he knew he damaged it while replacing battery and never bothered mentioning it to me, the customer! I had to find it out after I left, on my own. Sketchy customer service. Do...

I went to Hart's because that's where my parents went for their rings, and I was not disappointed. Honesty is a big thing to me. EJ (Hart) did not hide anything from us. He explained everything to me, walked me through the prices, told me which rings tend to have problems later on, and most importantly, did not pressure me at all to get something more expensive.
