The lady I met was very humble as I visited that place for the first time she showed me every corner of her outlet. Amazing experience. One thing I would like to share which fascinated me a lot is that they have different rooms for different stuff, like if you want to buy kurta for men it is in a different section, ladies fancy dresses, and casual wears are in a separate room khussa, chorhian, paranday all have different sections which make customers feel comfortable to buy what they are exactly looking for.
