I decided to leave a review after finding the business card while cleaning. The initial experience was great. Very polite, responsive and setting up an in-house appointment was very easy. The reason for this negative review is more about the principle. A week after them picking my 65 inch LG OLED, I was told that they wouldn't be able to repair the TV and they would schedule a visit with me to drop it off back to me. A month to several months go by. I call to follow up and I'm told that they're busy so they'd reach back out to me soon after to get a day scheduled. No worries! This was around 2021 towards the end of covid. I didn't reach back out because I trusted that they would do the right thing and wouldn't need the constant nudging. I wanted to be considerate of their time since they were busy and for all I know they could be short-staffed due to covid. It is now around 3 years later and I still have not gotten my TV back. I was planning on getting a second opinion or even working with LG to replace the $2000 TV for ~$1400 but I haven't been able to. It honestly just feels like theft. With all these positive reviews, I hope they've improved since then but I would still advise you to not make the same mistake as me and make sure you're the one on top of them...

When I received the call It was deeper than the LED, my screen needed to be replaced which is not a service offered, I was devastated Having seen my TCL turned on to a partial white screen, I knew what needed to be done next although stubborn who wants to buy a new 55inch after having your Roku TCL since 2019 however was offered a deal I couldn't refuse on something else. Read moreHighly recommend Ray at Bright Electronics because he is a miracle worker. I purchased my first big purchase tv, it was a Hisense - 65" Class H9G Quantum Series that was only 2 years old. The led lights on the screen were flickering causing the picture to go very dim and unwatchable. I called and Ray had confidence that he would be able to fix the tv even after I was ready to give up on it. The Tv was not built to be taken apart at all for fixing but Ray was able to get into the tv carefully and worked hard putting in plenty of hours on it (he went above and beyond to help us out with it).
