I just want to send out a shout out to the staff at this office they are so nice friendly helpful all 4staff members are always smiling and quick and fast and always helping you make a great choice when your undecided also please let them play there music I asked what happened to the music they were told they couldn't play it anymore 😔 please give it back to them they always are in t great mood but with the tunes they help the people in the hospital the workers hearing them play music brings good vibes I love it when they playing music it brings joy to all and the music they played was always appropriate puts 😊 on everyone's face management live a little bit okkkkkkkk!! This is the worst Starbucks kiosk ever. Being a former manager of a Starbucks and a barista for 10 years, it is disappointing to see so many RUDE and poorly trained baristas with the worst attitudes. They close at 10, and get an attitude if you show up at 9:45. I get you’re in a hurry to go home, but your shift doesn’t end promptly at 10. The store closes at 10 and then you proceed to clean up the kiosk. They always throw stuff out prior to 10 because their mentality is to leave the store at 10. I know it’s frustrating, but it comes with the job. The kiosk is IN a hospital. The first couple of hours of night shift is busy, so unfortunately, staff aren’t free to get coffee until around the 9:00 hour. And why wouldn’t you want to make your job more sales when you aren’t closed yet? I just feel like if you’re so miserable working in a coffee shop inside of a hospital, there are sooo many other...

The worst Starbucks in the Dallas metroplex area. The workers are rude and talk about you in front of you. I’ve come in the morning and at night and both staff are rude. There’s a women who works in the morning named Kayla she is beyond disrespectful and plays her music loud to the point where I can’t take my order. There are two girls who work in the evening named Chevy and Kayla who sat in the back and nobody took my order for 10 minutes. They are loud and talk about the attitude customers have and the attitude I was having because I was upset nobody took my order. The place has fruit flies everywhere and there was one in my drink.
