Shopping online can be a bit challenging with purchasing and returns with retailers. I loved my online shopping experience with Cotton Island-boutique in Texas. They really put love into what they do. I received a hand written note that thanked me for shopping. However, I did have to make a return. That process went seamlessly and promptly. I ordered a set of five Johnny Was silk face masks and they are beyond beautiful! BUT the best thing about Cotton Island may be the people who work there!!! I called the Dallas store to place my order and everyone there went out of their way to help me and were wonderful!!! It was such a pleasure doing business with them....so much so, that I have just placed a second order!!!! Thank you again,...
