Went in looking for a Pat McGrath product. I guess this location doesn't have a Pat McGrath counter (which is fine). But, when I finally flagged down the only employee manning the storefront they seemed bewildered and confused. I asked her if they carried Pat McGrath products. She asked me "what a Pat McGrath was." I told her it's a beauty brand. She asked me if it was makeup or skincare. I told her mainly make up. She then blinked in confusion and told me she had never heard of it before. The young lady was happy to help me until she asked if this was a Sephora Kohl’s purchase which I told her yes; she told me I would need to return it at the Sephora kohls and let me know there was this one which was down the street.
