My Florida PC — Local services in Plantation

I have been a "My Florida PC" customer for my personal electronic devices (Apple Products) for almost 4 months now. I can not get over the EXCELLENT service I continuously receive since the first time I starting going to "My Florida PC" from Adrian and Julian! Located in a shopping plaza in Plantation, Florida, this store is a one of a kind. I am able to call Adrian and Julian directly if I am having an issue/trouble shooting or physically bring in my devices into their state of the art store. They always make YOU their top priority when an issue or questions comes up. I have never had to wait in line or been put on hold. "My Florida PC" not only offers the service of repairs, but one-to-one teaching of various software programs. The fact that I never have to call Apple to make an appointment or call a 1-800 number to talk to a computer, has eliminated the frustration level in my life!

There is no one else in the business who has the customer service skills and knowledge like Adrian and Julian. The professionalism and honesty from this father and son duo are incredible. They have always given me a honest and fair estimate, I feel that they have the utmost integrity and are the most trustworthy people in the business. I have never felt taken advantage of with their prices or advice on making decisions for my Apple Product devices. I am from New Jersey and we have nothing like "My Florida PC" back home. I want to recommend so many people to their business, but I can't do it fast enough! I wish Adrian and Julian my best and I can't believe I found such a "rare gem".

My 5+ year old laptop screen was constantly jumping and freezing, could no longer type and complete daily HOA business. Issue needed a quick fix! The numerous google reviews were so impressive, me & my laptop paid a visit last Friday. Upon entering the shop Adrian & Mikey (fluffy sweet poodle) gave me a warm welcome. After a few pleasantries, Adrian diagnosed my laptop within a couple of minutes and took the time to explain my screen was bad and just needed replacement. Price was very reasonable. I was thinking of replacing my laptop but inquired if my hard-drive could be replaced to a solid-state drive and Windows 8.1 removed and replaced with Windows 10. Adrian not only took time to explain the process and inside components, he showed me some old parts from his amazing wall collection, explaining replacing the HD with SSD would make the laptop run quiet, smoother and faster and not HOT!!!. We had a deal, plus Adrian installed new anti virus, malware, spyware and virus protection and removed the bloated unnecessary software loaded from original manufacturer. Laptop was ready next day and Adrian spent time explaining what was done and even showed me pictures of the inside of my laptop and replacement parts and even how much dust (ICK!) had accumulated blocking air flow. Adrian even configured Windows 10 as a desktop version and those tiles are gone!. So easy to navigate now! Bottom line Adrian did an exceptional job and advised my laptop will last another 5 or 6 years and told me to hold onto the old hard drive as a backup. I have nothing but the highest of praises after being a customer here. I took in my external hard drive that I dropped and my laptop therefore could no longer read. Unfortunately, I hadn’t backed up many of the files on the drive, including my precious South American travel memories. After scouring the internet for companies online, many of which required mailing my HD to them (which I didn’t feel comfortable with) and ball park quotes ranging from $700 - $2000 “depending on the retrieval process,” I finally came across My Florida PC and was immediately attracted to them due to their numerous high Google reviews. I called and spoke to Adrian who said to just come back and drop the HD off whenever I had the chance, so I did. He ran a diagnostic and got back to me within days saying he was optimistic he could retrieve most of, if not all, the data for $500 (by far the lowest price I’d come across) and that if he was unsuccessful there would be no charge. He kept me updated through the process with text messages and a week later it was ready to pick up with all my data there on the new HD. I can’t recommend this place enough, not only for their great prices, professionalism and quality service, but also for their kindness and what a pleasure it was interacting with Adrian and his son, Julian. I highly recommend using their business for any of your computer needs. They will certainly be my number one go to next time I require any service or advice for my laptop....
