Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Plantation

Honestly this review is purely because of one of your workers and the poor team laughing at the matter. I’ve never been to Einstein but I pray it’s not like this ussually my friend knew a worker but I guess in a bad way because from the moment we entered it’s was pretty normal for most places nice area nothing wrong everyone seemed kind. We walked up to register to order where my friend decides to pay with cash But then one of your workers with pink hair you will see in the video proceeds to jump into the interaction by blocking her off and wiping whip cream on him and then when they go to give him change they throw it at him. We then proceed my order and their taking so long to just put it through a line is building up and you can tell the ones behind me are getting annoyed and after all that we’re waiting like ten minutes on are order for the previous pink hair girl to come up to us in store and bother us while saying she spit in my drink while I’m sure it was a joke not something you shouldn’t say to a customer you have been bothering and don’t like. After all of it we get are food walk outside to our cars where the worker proceeds to follow us grab friends keys bother him and throw her drink on him while spilling mine and wiping on my car and when I pull out my phone to record she finally walked off but u can even see aftermath of altercation on her head. After that we walked inside where I got my refund for what I got but I guess the team you had on shift thought it was the funniest thing that she walked outside and did that to the point where some of them are laughing and I had to tell them that it’s not funny. UPDATE** We get in the car, jump on the interstate to head to the beach, we check our food and wouldn’t you know it, we’re missing food. Fail again Einstein Bagels Nob Hill.

We’re visiting from out of town and have made two takeout orders. One day the order is ready on time and on the shelf waiting pickup. However they must be rationing the strawberry cream cheese, because they put only enough for about 1/3 of a bagel.

The next time we made an order, we choose a pickup time and when we go to pick it up, the time has been changed to 10 minutes later. Ok, maybe an honest mistake. But then that time comes and goes, we still don’t have any food. We and another customer are standing there waiting for out takeout orders (remind you there is an order on the shelf) and finally an employee asks if we’re waiting for an order. We say yes and she pulls our food out from behind the counter.

Please be consistent in how you do things. I know it seems silly, but when I’m spending $40-50 on bagels, I feel like I should get good food and good service. Bottom line is, if you’re in a hurry or like lots of cream cheese, plan ahead to be late and...

We love to eat at Einstein Bagels, however, this place flipped me over when we went on 02/28/24. I worked in healthcare and I know what is dirty. It's a very dirty place to begin with. I went to the bathroom while my husband placed our orders. Everything was dirty, including the tables, the coffee counter, and the garbage can. Urine by the bathroom sink. Also, I noticed that the person who was preparing the bagels wasn't wearing gloves. The woman at the register was busy with her phone and we ended up getting just cream cheese and lox. My husband said that he ordered bagels with everything including tomatoes and capers that were missing. While eating that nonsense, I noticed that the lady at the register was recording us. I walked towards her and asked her why she was recording us. She quickly lowered her phone and showed me that she was surfing something else. I would never hire such individuals who don't give a damn about the cleanliness and use their phones during work hours. Please educate your employees about cleanliness and courtesy. Tell them not to record your customers before you...
