This location has horrible customer service and DOES NOT FOLLOW CDC COVID 19 REGULATIONS! My family and I left this location at 8:41pm on 02.06.21 and one thing is for sure there have no regard for COVID 19 PREVENTION PROTOCOL!! Upon arrival, there was a large sign on the door stating that only be 5 people in the lobby at a time. In spite of the sign there were more than 15 people on the lobby CDC COVID VIOLATION therefore my family and I decided to patiently wait out side as the lobby cleared out (about 10 minutes. At this point the line area was clear in the lobby because they were now all gathered at the ice cream display case... CDC COVID VIOLATION) as one Cold Stone associate called for my family to approach the ice cream display I informed her that we are willing to wait so that we can respect the SOCIAL DISTANCING REGULATIONS. Shortly after a second associate (by the name of Taylor) called for my party. As I started to explain my concern (which clearly angered her), Taylor rudely interrupts me and tells the party of 3 who was in front of me to stand directly behind the party of 5 besides them (which is not 6 feet apart CDC COVID VIOLATION but because it wasn't my party I proceeded with my order). Taylor asked for my order and, While informing her, she rudely interrupts me again; this time by walking away prior to getting my full order. After Taylor yells for me to come to her, I informed her that my order wasn't complete. Taylor then rolls her eyes at me and without a word walks back to the previous station (where the ice cream selection was). Someone in my party says to me that Taylor does not have good customer service and we need to request to have a different associate assist us. Channel ended up completing our order, and we were grateful because Channel was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service. If I could give this location a fat ZERO i would. I just spent 20 dlls on icream... for my kid.
-me and my son playfully walking in, was not greeted girl gave me the worst look, as she kept doing other things while place was EMPTY
I waited for her, said HI!! and nothing... same angry face, no response. So, I ignore it...
-My kid gets so excited about the toppings, (with same half asleep face like she didnt give a f) she just points out toppings, no words, just procedes to do the most half*ss icecream I've ever seen. Well, two of them...
-Procedes to ring me out as I see the price of this " wonderful sugary experience " for $20 plus tips which I promised myself I wouldnt give but I still did.
I felt so robbed I had to say something, so I told her I work in the same industry and how bad it felt she completely ignored us and just never replied a single word thought it all.
NOT LYING, this girl looks at me in disbelief as she still could find a single word to reply, just dumbstruck! She just made a weird muffled sound and completely turned around and proceeded with the next guest, REPEATING THE SAME THING!

Read moreI visited Cold Stone on may 11th to use a Buy One Get One (BOGO) offer I received via email. My visit quickly turned into a nightmare, thanks to the appalling behavior of the manager, Branecia.
When I tried to redeem my reward, the cashier couldn't find it under my phone number. So, I asked for the manager’s help. Branecia came over, and from the moment she approached, her attitude was beyond unacceptable. She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of calmly addressing the issue, she raised her voice at me.
Her tone was condescending and aggressive, making an already frustrating situation much worse. Rather than helping me resolve the problem, she chose to belittle and berate me in front of other customers. It turns out, all I needed to do was download the app to access my reward, which she could have explained politely. But no, she chose to be nasty and unhelpful.
Branecia is a poor excuse for a manager and does not deserve her position. Her lack of professionalism and customer service skills is disgraceful. She should be fired immediately for her inability to handle simple customer service interactions and her blatant disrespect for customers.
Cold Stone, you need to seriously reconsider who you put in charge of your stores. No one should have to endure such a horrible experience just to get ice cream. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated terribly...
