2/28/24 This was by FAR the worst experience I've ever had at a Subway in any state in 35 years of being a patron. When I walked in I was told by a young man that I had to pay first because the system was operating slow. No problem, I paid for a foot long Turkey Cali. Then as he started making my sub I was informed that he had no Avocado. Then no Fresh Mozzarella. As he was going to the back to look for Mozzarella, I asked him to see if he could find Avocado. He came back with Mozzarella and Avocado, but the Avocado was frozen. In other words nothing was stocked properly. He then had to go back for bacon. I was ready to ask for a refund when Michelle walked in from a break and she took over. I said "wait you don't even work here?" He said "no I was just helping my girlfriend out.". I was getting annoyed with him but he didn't even work there. So I asked Michelle if I could get a fountain drink since I couldn't get Avocado and had already paid for it. She said there was no ice and the machine didn't work. No fountain drinks!!!??? I went to sit down to eat hungry and frustrated at this point, and not a single clean table was available! Obviously left over from the lunch crowd. Yet she was just sitting on her cellphone. Honestly, not only will I never be back here, but it's reprehensible the level of laziness! And the sandwich maker clerk LOOK AT ME LIKE SHE WAS SEEING AN ALIEN Then she look a the manager and the manager ASKED ME WITH ATTITUDE... WHAT DO YOU WANT ?? i responded ' tuna and cheese please can you please continue doing my sandwich i can tell you what to put in ... That was embarrassing making me look like an idiot between the two employees for calling my sandwich a tune melt.. As im paying i asked the manager ' what's your name ? HE'S LIKE . MY NAME IS MIKE. then HE ASK me . WHATS YOUR NAME ,.?? im like im sorry sir i dont have to tell you my name . I don't work here . THEN He SAYS OH THAT'S WHY I DIDNT TELL YOU MY REAL NAME as im walking away the manager "MIKE " starting me kicking me out of the store CALLING ME STEP OUT OF MY STORE RIGHT NOW .. i felt treated and intimidated the way he came at me . All i did was shake my head i said have a good nite guys and step out . All this happens in less than 10 minutes. Hope MIKE change that attitude again legit costumers...
   Read moreToday Monday, September 24 at 8 pm, me and my husband went to the store and the worker who was attending, at the time we came in, treated us very badly because we entered the shopping cart of publix full of bags and my husband came with our baby in arms . The first thing he said and in a very bad way, was that the car should be removed from the store, at that time there was only one customer and at the door there is no warning that you cannot enter with shopping carts as you can see in the photo. After leaving the car in the entrance my husband and I spoke in Spanish how many pizzas we were going to buy, the man looked at us badly and when we were ready to order, in English the guy told us he did not have pizzas and that we should leave. The truth is that i'm very annoyed and dissapointed with the service and discrimination of this employee, and because we are Latinos, he treated us like trash. I hope you take measures with this class of people who, because they are employees, feel they have the authority to treat...
