Wonderful. Absolutely Love this location. There’s always customer service. People are out on the floor ready to assist you. The isles are clean. The shelves are packed. The fruits are nice and the groceries are a plethora and my mom is totally in love with the “all natural” section, but there’s just one problem…. MADDY, is her name. She is currently a cashier at this location and she doesn’t have any patience. Her patience is way too short to be in this type of position. I feel as if she totally rushed and disrespect my mom and made my mom’s first visit to the store very unpleasant. My mom is more of an elderly age and instead of her assisting my mom and having the courtesy for my mom being at her slow pace instead she gave attitude and was rushing my mom and made my mom feel like she was causing a problem in the store. She kept doing cash out commands that My mom kept instructing me to complete (out of trust), but she would go ahead and attempt to do them herself in order to rush to process .And for that reason, I gave her a small piece of my mind. It’s always one bad apple in a bunch, but she’s not gonna spoil the experience on my future grocery shopping at this location. I just feel like she needs to be dealt with or put back in customer service training or taking calls by phone because she’s not very customer savvy person to person wise. A store represented by the name of Noah came over to save the day and he was an absolute agent completely patient respectful and understanding. Also, there was a manager of the store. I don’t quite remember her name, but she came over and offered my mom some coupons. So all in all this store is an outstanding family grocery store that I will continue to patron, but as for that cashier by the name of Maddy, shoe needs to be retrained or find a better position to-where she doesn’t have to face customers, especially...
Read moreWinn Dixie is my place for my last minute baking supplies and has been for years. I live less than 5 minutes away so it’s easy to catch them at night before closing. Over the 30 years I’ve been in this neighborhood I’ve noticed the demographics change. I want to give my professional warning, as an executive assistant of a well known thriving franchise and a regular at your store. There will be more black and brown people shopping in this area, so it’s best to hire less racist. I can foresee your store having problems because management/staff come off as extremely discriminatory. Obviously I’m not the first, per Sam’s review. I find it easy to ignore the manager cause she knows how to be subtle plus I know some of her hate stems from misery of never having any time off but that eventually trickles down to your “not as professional” staff members. It was extremely obvious this morning when I was in there. Just wanted to let it be know that it is OBVIOUS and it’s better to do something about it now than to come across someone that has the same hate in their heart as you. Or worse no one wants to shop with you and you have to shut down and rebrand again. Groceries are not cheap anymore, really nothing is. Customer service goes a long way in these inflated times and it should be extended to everyone. Even those who may not...
Read moreI’ve been coming to this store for over 5 years, never had a complaint. Until they hired some lady at the deli. I don’t know her name but she’s white with tattoos all over. I asked her for cheese and she cut it all however she wanted and placed all slices together. Anyone with common sense knows cheese sticks together and will be a headache to pull them apart. I told her to place paper in between them like other ladies at the deli have done in the past and she refused to do it. She gave me this disgusting attitude. Packed the cheese in the bag and when she went to place it at the counter she let the cheese fall on the floor and walked away. I just stood there amazed at the way she just didn’t care. What kind of customer service is this? I would like the manager of this store to address this with this woman and their staff. This is unacceptable because I’m not getting this cheese for free. I’m paying for it and if there ONLY job is to cater to the customer and they CANT even do that. Then this is not the place for her to work. She finally sliced my ham thin as a sheet of paper when I told her to cut them “thicker”. Anyways, I’m very disappointed in the store and lack of employee selection Win Dixie is doing. I will take my business across the street to Publix where everyone greets me with a smile. I’ll make sure to spread...
